Ive recently given birth can I still join in?
Yes you can! Its advised you can join us from 6 weeks post partum following a normal delivery or 10 weeks following an assisted delivery or caesarean section but provided you have had your post delivery GP check and been given the all clear to exercise you are welcome to attend.
If you are pregnant please just let me know so I can safely modify the exercises for you.
